The perfect natural harmony of wholemeal spelt, crunchy walnuts and freeze-dried strawberries. Spelta Amore is an organic biscuit inspired by the taste of home-baked treats, created for those seeking natural energy, wholesome ingredients and conscious enjoyment without compromise.
The natural sweetness of honey, delicate pieces of dark chocolate and a slightly fruity hint of strawberries create a harmonious composition with a rich, dessert-like character. The crunchy texture of the nuts perfectly complements the soft texture of the biscuit.
Wholemeal spelt – provides fibre, minerals and energy from complex carbohydrates. Walnuts are a valuable plant-based source of ALA (Omega-3), whilst freeze-dried strawberries and cocoa contain antioxidants and plant polyphenols.
A specially developed product matrix based on whole grains, natural fibre and natural sugars helps ensure a more balanced release of energy than traditional sweets made with refined sugar.
Our biscuits are gently baked at a controlled low temperature of 135–140°C, which helps to better preserve the natural flavour and bioactive potential of the organic ingredients than traditional high-temperature industrial baking.
