PHU Rol-mix is a Polish company operating since 2012 in agriculture and raw materials trade. Today, it is a distribution and production group in the field of agricultural raw materials and natural food. Our priorities are high-quality raw materials and responsible food production, conducted with respect for the environment and with future generations in mind. We combine agricultural experience with a modern approach to distribution, quality and safety, providing our partners in the European Union and beyond with a stable and reliable source of products.

We operate as a distributor of agricultural raw materials and a functional food brand operator, controlling key stages of the value chain through capital ties and quality systems.

Our journey – from farm to healthy food

The company was founded in 2012 on the basis of a family farm with a long tradition in milk production. From the very beginning, our ambition was to combine agricultural experience with a modern approach to trade and distribution.

In the first years of our activity, we dealt with the trade of feed and agricultural products, then we expanded our offer to include breeding animals, agricultural machinery, niche grains and materials for agricultural production.

Over time, observing the rising costs of production, difficulties in selling high-quality raw materials at fair prices and, at the same time, low availability and problems with the distribution of high-quality food, we began to look for a new direction.

The change in direction has been confirmed by certification and consistent operational decisions. These certificates confirm our commitment to sustainable, safe and responsible production.

Our motivation is concern for the natural environment and human health. We believe that food quality begins with the quality of the environment in which it is produced.

The turning point came when the owner travelled to West and Central Africa, where the sight of millions of plastic packages littering the streets and rivers prompted real changes in the way we think about production and packaging.

As a company managing distribution and – through capital ties – controlling the production processes of the Joint Way and Elara brands, we consciously minimise our impact on the environment.

We package brand products in certified compostable (biodegradable) packaging or recyclable packaging.

We support organic farming and fair relations with producers.
