The idea behind the ELARA brand
Elara is a new generation of snacks – created for people who want to live healthily, consciously and in harmony with the world around them.
Our focus is always on people – their health, energy and everyday choices. When designing Elara products, we think about what we eat today, but also about the world we will leave behind tomorrow.
The ring in the logo symbolises a full cycle of responsibility: from cultivation and natural ingredients, through artisanal production, to eco-friendly packaging that returns to nature.

The ELARA brand philosophy
A scientific approach to organic nutrition
The ELARA brand is revolutionising the functional food industry. We have completely moved away from traditional confectionery methods in favour of the biochemical design of a beneficial nutritional profile. Our biscuits and bars have been developed in line with the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) global epidemiological guidelines on the prevention of non-communicable diseases and metabolic syndrome, and on supporting a healthy microbiome from an early age.
We are proving that sweets can not only be safe, but can also act as an effective functional tool to support health, energy and longevity.
The three pillars of ELARA’s technological excellence
Controlled low-temperature thermodynamics (135–140°C)
We do not ‘fry’ our products. Gentle baking completely eliminates the formation of carcinogenic acrylamide and preserves 100% of the natural vitamins, antioxidants and enzymes present in organic fruit and grains.
Absolutely ‘Clean Label’
No chemical raising agents. We deliberately avoid using industrial mixes or chemical additives.
No refined sugar. We sweeten our products with fruit and maple or agave syrup.
The perfect natural emulsion
The addition of organic sunflower lecithin allows the fat and water phases of the dough to be stably combined, gently trapping air bubbles. This results in a light, melt-in-the-mouth texture without the use of harmful trans fats or margarine.

Forget about ‘chemical’ protein bars packed with artificial sweeteners and heavy isolates. ELARA offers completely pure, 100% organic protein, absorbed in the most natural way.
An exemplary amino acid profile
Our bars are based on premium natural plant proteins — pumpkin and hemp. They contain the full spectrum of essential amino acids.
Maximum bioavailability
The plant proteins in our bars are lactose-free. Hemp protein is rich in edestin and albumin — proteins with a molecular structure similar to that of human blood proteins.
Synergy of minerals
Our proteins are a natural source of micronutrients. Pumpkin provides magnesium and zinc, whilst hemp provides plant-based iron.

In today’s world, fibre deficiency is a global problem. In ELARA biscuits, all the fibre comes exclusively from natural sources: organic grains, nuts, seeds and fruit.

This solution is rarely found in the snack segment – most bars available on the market are pressed or glued together with syrups.
Thanks to baking:
● the structure of the bars remains light and natural, ● the taste of the cereals is distinct, not ‘sticky’, ● the product does not require added sugar, ● the bar is more filling and technologically stable.
